Walk for Peace

Members of St. Rufael and Abune Echege Yohannes Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Congregation are walking 49 miles from Stoke-on-Trent to Liverpool to Saint Tekle Haymanot Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. This charity walk, called Walk For Peace, is dedicated to raising awareness and support for teaching and sharing the rich traditions, faith, and values of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.

Through this journey, we hope to inspire unity, strengthen our community, and pass on the light of our faith to future generations
